1. Subscription Fees (for Agents)
Our platform operates on a subscription-based model for real estate agents and agencies. Once a subscription is purchased, it allows agents to list their properties on the website for a specific period.
Please note: All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Situations where no leads or inquiries are generated.
Early cancellation of the subscription by the agent.
Incomplete use of the subscription period.
Errors or omissions in the listing information provided by the agent.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment: If a payment has been charged more than once for the same subscription, the excess amount will be refunded.
Technical error: If there is a confirmed technical issue on our platform that prevented your listing from being published for more than 72 hours, and we’re unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
To request a refund in such cases, please email us at contact@intagindia.in within 7 days of the issue, along with:
Your registered email address
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Brief explanation of the issue
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
3. No Guarantee of Leads or Sales
While we aim to provide visibility to your listings, we do not guarantee inquiries, sales, or leads. The platform’s role is solely to publish listings and allow potential buyers/tenants to view and contact the agents directly.
